Lot and expiry tracking for Shopify

LotGuard records a lot number and expiry date as stock arrives, then allocates each order from the lot expiring soonest — so older stock moves first and you can trace any lot back to the orders that shipped it.

• First-expiry-first-out allocation. Orders draw from the lot that expires soonest, automatically, so stock is used in the right order without anyone tracking it by hand.
• Expiry alerts. Choose how many days ahead you want warning — 90, 60, 30, or any thresholds you set — and see what needs attention before it becomes waste.
• Recall traceability. Search a lot number and get back every order that shipped it, with an audit log of every quantity change behind it.
